Scenic designer R. Keith Brumley began his career at Des Moines Metro Opera in 1989, designing the sets for Die Fledermaus and The Crucible during the organization's 17th Summer Festival Season. Since then, he has gone on to design sets for 58 original DMMO productions! His design for next summer's Porgy and Bess will be his 59th.
