Join Des Moines Metro Opera in celebrating the 2026 Festival Season with an unforgettable evening at Des Moines' historic City Hall, marking the first event of its kind held within this iconic and breathtaking landmark. Beaux-Arts architecture and Gilded Age glamour set the stage for Des Moines' most dazzling summer event.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour along the Des Moines riverfront followed by an elegant plated dinner and performances by principal artists beneath the soaring splendour of the Great Hall (pictured right). Conclude the evening enjoying a sunset on the river with drinks and dancing!
The Opera Gala promises a night of timeless elegance and show-stopping artistry. Truly the must-attend event of the summer!
