2020 Ticket Options

Information for 2020 Season Ticket Holders

To our ticket buyers, we are saddened that we will not be able to come together in person this summer to enjoy performances of Sondheim's Sweeney Todd, Rameau's Platée, Tchaikovsky's The Queen of Spades, and Spears/Pierce's Fellow Travelers. Though our season wouldn't have opened its first performance until June 26, our 200+ artists would have traveled to Indianola as early as May 15 to begin assembling the season. When considered against the current public health environment, the safety and well-being of our artists, staff and patrons must be our primary concern and that is why we made the difficult decision to cancel all live performances and in-person events for our 2020 Summer Festival.

For those who purchased 2020 tickets, we are offering a number of flexible ticket request options.

  1. Donate the value of your tickets to help meet the DMMO Challenge Fund. DMMO is committed to supporting its artists in their time of need, and your gift makes that possible. Right now, the DMMO Challenge Fund is matching your ticket donation dollar-for-dollar, so your impact will be doubled! This special fund is made possible thanks to the generosity of Sunnie Richer and Roger Brooks, Marshall and Judy Flapan, Harry Bookey and Pamela Bass-Bookey, Michael and Barbara Gartner, Robert L. Larsen, Joyce Castle, Charlotte and Fred Hubbell, Rusty Hubbell Family Fund, Dr. Bruce Hughes and Dr. Randall Hamilton, Daniel M. and Mary Kelly, Bob and Kay Riley, Pat Brown, and Diane Morain.
  2. Receive a credit that can be used for DMMO's 2021 Festival Season. Please complete the Ticket Request Form below for this option.
  3. Receive a full refund for the value of your tickets (excluding ticket handling fees). Please complete the Ticket Request Form below for this option.
  4. Receive a partial refund and donate the rest to help meet the DMMO Challenge Fund. Your support will be doubled thanks to a matching gift from a consortium of DMMO Board Members and close friends. Please complete the Ticket Request Form below for this option.
