If you haven't already, please fill out our Virtual Opera Curriculum Request Form. We use the information you provide for data collection and grant reporting for both current and future funding cycles.

1. Submit examples of student output

We love to see your students’ work! We submit samples of student work for important funding opportunities that make OPERA Iowa possible, and we love to see young people getting excited about opera! In addition to entering your school in the drawing, this also gives your students the chance to be featured on our social media platforms. 

You can submit student work in several ways:

• Mail hard copies of student work to Des Moines Metro Opera (106 W Boston Ave, Indianola, IA 50125)
• Email scans of student work and pictures or videos of student activities in action (with parent media release) to dmmo@dmmo.org
• Tag us on social media!

2. Thank our sponsors

Have your students create thank yous in the form of letters or drawings, even banners, to the OPERA Iowa sponsors listed in the last section of this document. Our sponsors also value letters from teachers who have enjoyed presenting OPERA Iowa content to their students.

We will collect and distribute sponsor thank yous. You can submit sponsor thank yous by mail or email as listed above.
